UNITY POWERED VENDING MACHINE

A scenario in which a common place 3D printer, produces items and objects as common in the scene.

This project challenged me to get acquainted with the Unity development engine.  As seen in the captures below, I used a number of assets from the Unity asset store, to create a Carrabean Tavern Bar scene, complete with music and lighting.

This tavern bar features 2 vending machines, pre-fabs that have been placed within the scene from the same file, but operate independently.  These vending machines were modeled and textured by myself as core parts of the project goals, and the various other assets I've obtained (with correct usage rights) are used to emphasize the atmosphere, speaking of, in one corner is a jukebox that actually plays music from within the scene.

During this project, I learned how C# script files can be used to manipulate individual objects, as well as animating specific components of a prefab, which I did to animate both the door and trolley of the vending machine.  Scripting was also utilised to make every object interactable, in that you can pick up nearly everything you can see in the images below.
